Changing any part of my equipment is very difficult for me. I’m talking wailing and gnashing of teeth and massive pouting and adult style temper tantrum. Moving from
My old board to the ravine was seamless I loved the extra speed and pop that it provided while maintaining the edge forgiveness I was used to.
My first ride on it was in CO this year in mushy and icy conditions. I still loved it. It is now my go to board
upgraded to this board after riding on an old twin tip Rome board for a very long time - have only ridden it once so far, before but this thing is an absolute blast. it was my first directional board, and wasn't sure how different it would feel but it was super easy to ride, yet definitely feels like an upgrade - it wants to move fast and rip through any conditions. I had such a blast on it and can't wait to keep exploring the mountain with it.
This is my second season with this board, I have a quiver of over 30 boards and I keep going back to the snowboard. I can’t get enough of this board this board does everything I wanted to do and then some from groomers to trees from steeps to park. I cannot fault this board at all it’s super responsive, super playful, but yet super stiff when I need it to be this is the ultimate snowboard.
It has one of my favorite profiles ever, I am a camber girl, but that little bit of rocker is just perfect, I love the playfulness of this board, I am really glad I added this board to my quiver, just get it,!!!
Got this board because I needed something better for powder days and boy did this live up to the hype. I was flying down the powder and didn’t even have to worry about struggling, it just glided through everything. I also was able to hit park just having to adjust my landing since my binding a little further back. I would love to add more Rome boards to my collection!!
I’m an intermediate rider who mostly rides groomers and some east coast powder. This board feel very stable underfoot and floats nicely in powder. I love the ease of the turn initiation and how locked in it feels on hard pack. Definitely a solid board for anyone who enjoys riding the entire mountain. Love supporting a snowboarder owned brand local to Vermont. If you’re on the fence about getting this board, just do it. You won’t regret it.
Handles excellent on groomers, in trees, and pow. Favorite board. So good I bought another one to have as a backup.
Perfect All Mountain snowboard! Exactly what I wanted to feel on my board! Fun fun!
I wish I’d bought it earlier. I’ve been riding the Ravine for the last 8 days across varying terrain in the alps. It’s the most stable yet fun board I have. I can’t wait for the rest of the season.
I got this at the end of the season so I haven’t done my typical tree and powder riding, just some groomers. It’s been really icy on the morning and this board handles well. Later on the day on the soft snow if feels very surfy and I bet it will do great in the powder! I can’t wait to try it next year. The matte black graphics are really cool since I’ve never seen that on a board before. Construction seems good and solid. Shipping was fast.
