One simple thing we can all do to reduce carbon emissions? Cut down on return shipping. No one likes having to return items anyway, but by taking the extra time to double check sizing with our customer service team, we can help eliminate the return shipping hassle.
The estimated worldwide emission of CO2 through return shipments is estimated at 4.7 million tons. That's 4.700.000.000kg per year. This is a scary large number and we can only imagine the impact this has on our favorite time of the year, winter. With every single purchase, you can make a difference.
Choosing the right size before placing your final order helps reduce the amount of return shipments. Our Buyers' Guide will help you finding the right product for you and each product has unique size calculators and specifications to get you the perfect fit. If you're still not 100% sure what the best move is, feel free to contact our awesome Rider Service.
That said we still have a 45-day return policy, which means you have 45 days after receiving your item arrived to request a return. Since everybody can make a mistake and things can always go wrong. COSTS MAY APPLY!
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Unfortunately we cannot accept any returns that do not meet these criteria.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. RETURN HERE.
NON-EU COUNTRIES
We do not accept returns outside of the EU, USA and Canada. For Swiss, UK and Norwegian customers, please note that import duties for your return package need to be paid by you, otherwise the return package will not arrive back at our warehouse. These costs are not refundable.
REFUNDS/EXCHANGES
You have the option to exchange your product with a different product, receive a voucher for your next purchase or we can pay out the amount to your credit card. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
COSTS
In the case of damaged products or wrongly shipped items we will cover the costs for the return. In all other cases you will be obliged to cover the costs for your return shipment.
