I posted an earlier review with an issue I had with my Rome Stomp boots. Tony and the customer support team were amazing and took excellent care of me, making things right. Issues happen, and while I was disappointed the Rome customer team was right on it and I'm back to being a happy customer.

22 days on these Rome Stomp Boa boots. I ride hard. But this?!?! C'mon. The entire sole is coming off the bottom of the boot. Currently submitting a ticket for help/warranty support, so hopefully they stand behind the product.

Love the boots feel very warm and holding up great so far
