Camber

Designed for all-mountain prowess and float in the deep. Rockered in the nose, flat under the front foot, with a positive cambered tail.

Shape and Hotrods

Taper is featured in directional boards built with wider noses than tails, helping with agile turns and added float in deep snow.

Designed to increase float in deep snow, improve handling in variable terrain, smooth turn initiation, reduce edge catch and complement all-mountain riding in all-senses.

Two thin rods of carbon milled into the boards core in the tail for responsive and powerful snap.

Board Contents
Topsheet

Fiberglass running in three different axes, built for torsionally rigidity and added snap.

Our most versatile and durable core, built with alternating strips of 20mm strips of poplar and 20mm strips of paulownia.

The new go-to, this hardworking base is easy to fix with great wax retention. A low maintenance daily driver for riders of all ability levels.

All Mountain Slayer for this Intermediate NE rider

Finally took my new Ravine out for first time today and all I can say is this thing is Killer! Its exactly what I was looking for as a one board - slay it all deck while pegging the stoke factor! I immediately felt dialed in with it and the ease of initiating turns was amazing. I mainly focus on carving it up and hunting out side hits. I found it to be very forgiving and stable on landing. Dying to get this thing in some powder. Conditions were basically NE hard pack with some icy stretches and this thing held with confidence.

2 feet of powder dropped at Mount Snow

I had a Rome Crail for years. It was time for un upgrade and I purchased the Rome Ravine 158. I shouldn’t have waited this long. The Ravine handles beautifully and has a nice quick pop to it. Incredible board. Rome did not fail!!

Beautiful, powerful, playful. The Ravine rocks!

Trying to decide on the right board for this season wasn't easy. With the local hill known for it's steeps and deeps, there were lots of options to go for -- the Orca, the Satori, the Stratos ... the list goes on!

But I picked up a pair of Libertines last year, loved their comfort and response, and already had a pair of Katana's on order from the local shop (a high instep means most 'neutral' ankle strap positions on bindings aren't comfy to ride all day, so the adjustable straps on the Romes were a no-brainer).

So, I thought what the heck, let's go full Rome this year. The manager at the local shop recommended a Ravine as the right pairing for a freestyle-inclined freeride-ready stick, and I'm blown away by the quality of this thing.

From the second you open the box, you're struck by how good this board looks, how solid it feels, and the quality of the thing. Screw some bindings onto it and get it out on snow and jeez, man, it just comes alive. This is my first Rome board, and only a few days into the pre-season, I already know it's the thing I'm reaching for every day.

It's a little more playful I'm told than the Select version, but if you want to make the mountain a playground, I can't think of a better weapon!
